Mold making
We only use mold steels from qualified supplier in our mold production, such as:
718(h), 738(h), S136(h), S7 from ASSAB of Sweden;
NAK55 and NAK80 from DAIDO of Japan;
P20(FINKL ), P20HH(FINKL), DRX(FINKL), 420, 2311, 2312, 2344, 2767 from LKM etc.
Most of mold bases and standard components are purchased from LKM.
Design mold according to customers’ plastic mold specification such as DME or HASCO.
Offer the certification of mold base, heat treatment report to customer.
Mold drawing and engineering specification will be providing to customer after mold finish.
